The Two Moors Way, which has attracted thousands of walkers from all over the world, celebrated its 30th birthday in 2006. Devon County Council has marked the occasion by officially extending the walkway to Wembury on the south coast, increasing the trail from 102 to 117 miles. Also to commemorate the 30 years, BBC Radio Devon reporters Liz Scott and Jo Bishop walked the 117 mile route staying at Barley Meadow Camping & Caravan Park on the way.

The two photographs below were taken just 200m from Barley Meadow, the first showing part of the Two Moors Way with it's scenic backdrop. The second was taken from the same spot looking towards our site to illustrate just how close we are.
