Do you accept dogs?

Dogs are very welcome on site at no additional cost. We don't have a dog walk on site however but we do have a dog area with a bin at the entrance to the site.

Dogs are to be kept on short leads at all times, and under no circumstances left alone in any unit.

We start accepting arrivals at 1.00pm. This is to allow departing campers on site to vacate their pitch, and allow us to carry out necessary maintenance and cleaning work before we welcome new campers.

Last arrivals are at 8.00pm without prior arrangement.
In exceptional circumstances where you have a booking with us and due to reasons beyond your control you will be later than you expected, please contact the site before 5.00pm to let us know and we'll see what we can arrange for you.

Are there any walks directly off the site?

The nearest walking off site is the Two Moors Way that leads to Drewsteignton and the Teign Valley, about 700 yards from the site. Be aware that you will have to walk along a main road to get to it.

Where is the nearest pub and can you walk to it?

Our nearest pub is the Drewe Arms in Drewsteignton about 1.4 miles away can be traveled to on foot along the Two Moors Way. Be aware that the walk involves steep hills and will feel a lot longer!
If you are willing to drive there are five other pubs within around ten minutes drive from the site.

Is there a bus service nearby?

There is a hail and ride bus service to Okehampton and Exeter that runs directly outside the site, and comes past about every hour or so.

Do you allow BARBECUES?

Absolutely! We ask that all BBQ's be lifted off the grass to avoid burning it, and have bricks for you to borrow if you need them. We don't allow open fires (fire pits, bonfires, etc) for safety reasons.

WHat size units are allowed on site?

Our pitches generally accommodate any unit up to a maximum of 5m wide and 7m long. This is to ensure there is a 6m space between units at all times for personal space and fire safety reasons.
